Simplify the installation of the XCT or NCT controllers in the 2008.5 to 2018 Club Car Precedent IQ or Onward cart.

Some 2014 to 2018 Club Car IQ carts do not have an On Board Computer (OBC) from the factory. This mount is for carts with no OBC.
