works like a champ
This controller replaced an older AXE300 ---------------------------------------------------------------- SR48300-EZ is the same size replacement as what you already have, the SR48400 is a little larger, and it's fine to go with it if you want a bigger controller. The big difference aside from the way they look is you're going to lose the A2 bar on that AXE controller. The two wires that are currently connected there will just get bolted together and taped up so they can't bounce around and short on anything. OR remove both wires and run a new, proper length wire from A2 of the motor down to the FNR terminal where the other one went.

Replaced older Alltrax controller with SR48400
New controller installation was fairly simple for a novice. Carl with EVDrives is very knowledgeable and helpful. Will definitely do business with him on the future.

Better than OEM
We've bought a few different controllers from this company and they have all worked great. The customer service has been very helpful when trying to figure out what part to order. They will also provide wiring schematics as well. All around great company!
